Turn of the century 4 story brick warehouse. Originally renovated in 1999 to Lofts style apartments. These oversized lofts were then further renovated in 2012 and fully furnished to create Habitat 101 Brooklyn. Features include a light atrium spanning from skylights on the roof all the way to to main level allowing natural light into the center of the large once factory. Sandblasted brick and wood beams and ceiling as well as original factory flooring give unmatched character and authenticity. Natural patina from years past remains as a nod to what once was.
